Grand City Hotel Cancun

Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service, convenient parking, nice pool area, comfortable beds and sofa, close to Palapa Park and carnaval.

The hotel is located in a lively downtown area with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. It is also close to the ADO bus terminal, making it easy to explore the Yucatan region. the hotel is just a short distance from the ADO station, providing a cheap transfer option to the airport.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the business area was perfect for us, as we were able to easily explore the nearby squares and malls on foot. The helpful staff even assisted us in arranging a car hire and provided us with valuable directions to the beach and recommendations for dinner. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping our room clean and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning in our room were also a nice touch, ensuring that we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, offering a wonderful experience for both children and adults alike.

The breakfast was really good, and we were actually surprised by the variety and quality of the food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our room was cleaned every single day. They even set up a crib for our baby, a thoughtful gesture. The hotel has big rooms with comfortable beds, and it is located in a convenient area close to everything in downtown Cancun. We had a Walmart within walking distance, as well as a plaza with restaurants that stayed open until late. There was also a 24/7 convenience store on the corner of the street and a bus stop to go to the hotel zone and beaches. The hotel also offered a discount for renting a car from Budget Rent A Car, right next door. the hotel provided great value for the price, with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a convenient location.

We also loved the convenience of having a budget car rental right next to the hotel, great to easily explore the area. The staff was friendly and our room was cleaned every day. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a Walmart, plaza with restaurants, and a 24/7 convenience store. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
